Double Roller Extrusion DAP NPK Compound Fertilizer Granulation Machine
Introduction
This series of roller granulator machine belongs to extrusion sliding model, whose working principle is: the belt and belt pulley are driven by an electric motor, and transmitted to the drive shaft by reducer, and work in the same direction through the open gear and the passive shaft.The material is added from the feed hopper, extruded by the roller, demoded and pelleted, and passed through a pair of chains to the crushing screen studio, where the finished product pellets (balls) are screened and separated, and then the material is returned and mixed with new materials for granulation.With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized.
Features
1.The feeding inlet is added mixing device to ensure uniform feeding with uniform speed.
2.The main frame is equipped with self cleaning device to prevent materials from sticking to the roller sheet.
3.The adjustment of roller gap adopts step-by-step variable gear adjustment to ensure that the clearance is well proportioned and the operation is convenient.
4. Adjustment roller sheet adopts adjusting spline inside the gear to ensure the pair is neat and not misplaced.
5. All the parts connected the materials are made of stainless steel, which can be against corrosion.

Working principle
Adopts the design solution of extrusion sliding model,the raw materials pass through double roller,after that,enter into scattering room, come out as granulation, a sieving was mounted at the bottom of the machine, which is customized according to client's requirement, last, sieve out the granules which is qualified, the rest of materials return to mixer and be re-granulated.
