Introduction of Rotary Drum Granulator
This machine is a new generation of rotary drum granulator developed by our company staff according to construction experience. The machine has the features of beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long service life, uniform drying and convenient maintenance, etc., which is the most advanced granulating equipment in China. The product is suitable for large-scale production of cold, hot granule and high, medium and low concentration of compound fertilizer.
Working Principle
Electromotor drive the belt and pulley, then it is transmitted to the driving shaft by the speed reducer; by installing the open gear on the drive shaft, the open gear is fitted with the large toothed ring that is fixed on the body, achieving the working in the same direction. The material is added from the feed end and is inside the tube. The function of the special structure inside the tube is granulation, finally out of the outlet. Because of the continuous entry of materials, the continuous rotation of the granulator can achieve mass production.
Features of Rotary Drum Granulator
1, The granulate rate is 70%, there is a small amount of returns, return product particle size small, can be granulated again.
2, Put into the steam heating, improve the material temperature, the material into the ball after the water is low, improve drying efficiency;
3, with rubber engineering plastics for lining, raw materials is not easy to stick, and play a role in anti-corrosion insulation;
4, Large output, low power consumption, low maintenance cost.
